Each registrant is permitted to submit only one manuscript for consideration for publication.

 

Conference participants who opt to submit a full paper for inclusion in the Conference E-Proceedings will not be eligible to submit the same paper for journal publication.

 

Participants must select only one journal for their full-paper submission. Please ensure that the submitted manuscript falls within the scope of the selected journal. Manuscripts that do not align with the journal’s scope may be subject to rejection.

 

All submissions for journal publication must adhere strictly to the prescribed submission guidelines.

 

Full papers must be submitted via the conference website within the designated submission period.

 

Following the peer-review process, selected works from all symposia will be published in the designated journals. Please note that while the conference organizers aim to complete the review of all submitted and selected manuscripts within 3–6 months, the publication timeline may extend to 6–18 months depending on the processes of  journal.
