Remark: Please ensure that all transaction fees shall be paid by the payer. (For credit card payment, a 3% credit-card processing fee will be applied.)

Students rate applies for undergraduates and graduate students only (post-doctoral researchers exclusive).

Accompanying Person can be added for a regular registrant’s spouse.

Registration fees include the following:

· Access to all scientific symposiums, Opening / Closing Ceremonies, Welcome Reception and Banquet Gala dinner.

· Daily lunch and coffee breaks are also included in the registration fee.

· Accompanying Persons are entitled to Opening / Closing Ceremonies, Welcome Reception, and Banquet Gala dinner (exclusive conference kit).

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Please note our policy regarding the cancellation of your conference registration:

November 1 – November 21, 2025	50% Refund
After November 21, 2025	No Refund

Note on Emergencies:

Refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies (such as severe medical issues, immediate family losses, or documented visa application denial) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, even outside the stated deadlines. Please provide relevant supporting documentation with your cancellation request.
